Returns info/Policy

Faulty or damaged goods and returns

Customer service is very important to us and in the unlikely event that your items arrive faulty or damaged then it is the customers responsibility to inform Francoise with Rene within 3 days of delivery by email or by telephone explaining the full nature of the fault. Francoise with Rene will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours of receipt of correspondence to find a solution to rectify the situation.

Items will only be refunded or replaced provided it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault, or the damage occurs prior to delivery.
Items which have been worn will not be replaced or credited unless it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault.

The items must be returned to us within 14 days accompanied by full details including of the order date and invoice number.
Each item must be returned in its individual bag with the product code clearly marked.
Returns must be suitably packed for transit through Royal Mail machinery.
Claims can only be made within 14 days of delivery. The issuing of replacements and credit notes is at Francoise with Rene s discretion.

Errors

In the event of Francoise with Rene supplying your order incorrectly in any way, customers must contact Francoise with Rene immediately providing full details of the order date and invoice number. Francoise with Rene will endeavour to correct the situation immediately.

Please note:- The cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Francoise with Rene.
